Meet Rachel – Founder & Specialist
Rachel is a fully qualified ear care specialist with UK-certified training in modern ear wax removal techniques. She is NHS trained, DBS checked, and fully insured, ensuring that every client receives professional and safe treatment.
Before moving into ear care, Rachel spent her career supporting and working closely with people, including time as a teacher. This experience allows her to provide calm, patient-focused care, putting clients at ease throughout the process.
Alongside ear care, Rachel owns and runs a CQC-registered village-based care business in the South Hams, reflecting her commitment to providing trusted, compassionate support to the community.

At InnerClear, we believe in combining clinical expertise with a friendly and reassuring approach. Each appointment begins with a thorough ear health assessment, followed by the most appropriate treatment method—whether microsuction, ear irrigation, or consultation.
We prioritise patient education, explaining ear anatomy and the treatment process clearly. Our use of modern high-resolution camera technology allows clients to see the inside of their ears and understand their ear health.
Aftercare is an important part of our service. We provide personalised advice and follow-up support when needed, helping clients maintain healthy ears and prevent future wax build-up.
